DIRECT PRINT
How It Works in 3 Steps
Design Creation
You create or provide a digital design for the item you want to print.
Files Accepted (CMYK Mode): Ai, EPS, PDF, or JPEG.
UV Printer Setup
We load designs up to 4' x 8' (48" x 96") in size and materials with a thickness of up to 2" into the UV printer.
And It's Ready!
As the printing happens, the UV light immediately dries and sets the ink, making it ready for pickup right away.
Plastic
An inkjet printer works by spraying tiny droplets of liquid ink onto paper to create text and images. These printers use a combination of colored inks (CMYK and B&W) to produce the full spectrum of colors.

A laser printer works kind of like a super-fast photocopier. Laser is used to create the image on a drum. The toner (powder) sticks to the areas that were hit by the laser and gets transferred to the paper. The heat fuses the toner to the paper to create a print.
